When Season 5 of Bravo’s “Top Chef” premieres on Nov. 12, we’ll have a local talent to root for. Carla Hall, who owns Alchemy Caterers in D.C., is one of 17 contestants who will try to impress hosts Padma Lakshmi and Tom Colicchio.
Hall, a Nashville native, graduated from Howard University and L’Academie de Cuisine in Bethesda, with a modeling stint in Europe sandwiched in between.
