Kennedy Center Honors weekend
At the State Department on Saturday night, British songstress Joss Stone temporarily forgets to be diplomatic. Stone joined the other celebs in town for the Kennedy Center Honors at the annual dinner at State, which is traditionally held the night before the ceremony.
