Valerie Harperbest remembered for playing sassy Rhoda Morgenstern on “The Mary Tyler Moore Show” — is coming to Washington to play glamorous bad-girl Tallulah Bankhead in “Looped,” a play premiering June 4 at the Arena Stage at the Lincoln Theater.

Q: What’s the last movie you saw?

“Duplicity”

Q: What book are you reading?

Just finished a pictorial of Tallulah and I’m reading Brendan Gill’s “Tallulah.” I also just finished “The Yiddish Policemen’s Union” by Michael Chabon. I want to go back now and read “The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier & Clay.”

Q: What Web sites do you visit first in the morning?

I don’t. I am ashamed. I promise that this year I’m going to learn how to use a computer.

Q: What’s your favorite TV show?

“Everybody Loves Raymond,” CNN, I love Keith Olbermann and Rachel Maddow. And “In Treatment” with Gabriel Byrne.
