Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump holds a rally in at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa, on Tuesday.
Sarah Palin, a former governor of Alaska and 2008 Republican vice presidential nominee, is set to endorse Trump at the event.
Trump is scheduled to start speaking at 6 p.m. EST.
