Former wrestler-turned-governor-turned-television personality Jesse “The Body” Ventura was spotted strutting his buff stuff down L Street on Tuesday afternoon. A Yeas & Nays spy tells us a male and a female were walking and talking with the former Minnesota governor. Ventura was sporting a salt-and-pepper pony tail and looked slammin’ in a dark jacket.
