Scott Brown: No Ebola if Mitt Romney were president

Had Mitt Romney been elected president in 2012, would Ebola be in the United States?

According to former Massachusetts senator and New Hampshire Senate candidate Scott Brown, the answer is no.

“Gosh, can you imagine if Mitt was the president right now?” the Republican said during a Fox News Radio interview with host Brian Kilmeade.

“He was right on Russia, he was right on Obamacare, he was right on the economy. And I guarantee you, we would not be worrying about Ebola right now and, you know, worrying about our foreign policy screw-ups,” Brown said.

According to a RealClearPolitics average of polls, Scott Brown is behind his Democratic opponent Jeanne Shaheen by 3.5 points.
