Trump: N.H. will tell Mexico to ‘go … themselves’

PORTSMOUTH, New HampshireDonald Trump launched into a full-throated defense of American protectionism at Great Bay Community College, using vulgarity to punctuate his points about how the “middle class has been abandoned.”

“We’re not going to let Mexico steal all our businesses, this has been going on for years, I mean you look at New Hampshire,” Trump said. “We’re going to bring businesses back. We’re going to have businesses that used to be in New Hampshire that are now in Mexico come back to New Hampshire and you can tell them to go … themselves.”

While Trump only paused and never used a four-letter verb, the implication was clear.

The reality television star also went on an extended tirade about President Obama that focused mainly on the president’s foreign policy and policy proposals regarding climate change.

“Afghanistan is going to hell. The Middle East is going down. I’ve been saying bomb the oil for years and they haven’t done it. They just started after Paris and they’re doing a very gentle bombing because they don’t want to pollute the atmosphere,” Trump said. “And yet Obama will take Air Force One, an old Boeing 747 with the old engines, and spew crap into the atmosphere as he goes to Hawaii.”

The billionaire said if he’s elected president he may never see some of his golf courses again and added, “I just want to stay in the White House and work my ass off.”

Trump, who ranks third in the Washington Examiner‘s newest GOP presidential power rankings, will campaign in South Carolina on Friday. New Hampshire residents will vote on Tuesday.
