A Yeas & Nays spy spotted Sen. John Kerry Wednesday night at the Irish Times. The Massachusetts senator stopped by the Capitol Hill dive bar and took pictures with several of the patrons. He revealed he was there for a gathering of Massachusetts firefighters. He left the bar in a hybrid Chevy Tahoe, we’re told.
