The area’s “Top Chef” wannabes are invited to an open casting call for the show’s 10th season Wednesday at Graffiato, owned by one of D.C.’s most well known “Top Chef” alums, Mike Isabella. According to the Bravo TV website, interested chefs should bring a completed application, a photo, a resume, a sample menu and photos of their food to the audition, but no knives are necessary. And for good luck, perhaps Isabella, who came in second on “Top Chef: All Stars,” will be on hand to cheer them on.
