Some members of Congress wear pins, one prefers hats

Hold on to your hats, folks, because there’s a new cowgirl in Congress. Democratic South Florida Rep. Frederica Wilson wants, what else, but to wear her hat in Congress. Classy.

Problem is, according to House rules, she can’t. A ban on hats in the House chamber has been in place since the 19th century.

But that’s not stopping this little lady, who has already asked House Speaker-elect John Boehner to change the antiquated rule.
