Sightings

Until now, principal shooting for “The Washingtonienne” — the Sarah Jessica Parker–produced HBO series based on Jessica Cutler’s tell-all book of of sex and scandal on Capitol Hill — has been concentrated in Baltimore.

But this weekend, the cast and crew swooped into town to do some real, honest-to-goodness, on-location shots in D.C. Yes, even SJP herself was here, which is news in and of itself after she reneged on two events here in the last few weeks (an Obama fundraiser in late September and an upcoming event for the Washington National Opera, which she was set to emcee). She hadn’t forgotten that it was only two days before the election, however. On Sunday, she was seen sporting a brown Obama 2008 t-shirt.

Among the cast members joining her were stars and Rachael Taylor (the Aussie actress of “Transformers” fame) and Amanda Walsh (who’s appeared in “Disturbia” and “Sons & Daughters”). They were seen this weekend at the Ulysses S. Grant statue near the Capitol reflecting pool, outside the Treasury Department building, in front of the Old Ebbitt Grill, Charlie Palmer Steak, at The Diner in Adams Morgan (late night, of course) and Ben’s Chili Bowl.

Also seen around town:

-Terrence Howard, Lucacris, Soulja Boy and Boris Kodjoe, who all attended WPGC’s “For Sisters Only” event at the Convention Center. Ludacris and Howard hung their hats at the tony Park Hyatt in the West End.

-And Justin Bobby, of “The Hills” fame, showed up at the BlackBerry at the Shadow Room on Thursday night.
