Forget the socialites, philanthropists and party crashers. This time around, MTV is trying a new and perhaps more risky approach to grab ratings with a Washington-based reality show called “Quiet Campus.” The series will follow four hearing-impaired students who are attending Gallaudet University and will give viewers some insight into deaf culture. “Quiet Campus” is scheduled to debut Monday at noon on mtvU.
