Media Mix: British Ambassador Nigel Sheinwald

Sir Nigel Sheinwald is the British ambassador to the United States. He replaced David Manning in late 2007. Before assuming the ambassadorship, Sheinwald served for four years as a defense adviser to former Prime Minister Tony Blair, and helped to negotiate the release of 15 Royal Navy hostages from Iran.
