Tiya Sircar of “Vampire Diaries” fame is the newest actress to join up with Josh Schwartz on the new show “Georgetown.” The show centers around young people weilding power in D.C. Other actors who have signed on are James Wolk, Daisy Betts and Kevin Zegers. The series is slated to run on ABC.
