GOP presidential candidate Carly Fiorina didn’t waste any time at the Republican debate Thursday night before going after Hillary Clinton.
The former CEO of Hewlett-Packard used her first response to a question about her plan for the economy to jab the Democratic front-runner.
“The truth is I’ve been blessed by a lot of opportunities to do a lot of things in my life and unlike another woman in this race I actually love spending time with my husband,” Fiorina told the audience.
Fiorina made the same remark earlier in the day while speaking at a town hall in South Carolina.
“I’m delighted that Frank could join me as well. Frank has been in South Carolina for the last couple days … You know, unlike some other women in this race, I actually like spending time with my husband,” she told attendees.
Fiorina has been one of Clinton’s toughest critics since launching her campaign last May, telling the former secretary of state on a number of occasions that she would be her ‘worst nightmare’ if she wins the Republican nomination.
