Rep. Barney Frank, D-Mass., spilled the beans last month that he was engaged to his longtime partner Jim Ready. On Wednesday, USA Today’s Susan Davis got the scoop that the couple will have a summer wedding, tying the knot in Massachusetts this July. After that, Frank will finish his tenure in Congress as the first member ever to be gay married legally. Frank has said he will not run for re-election, thus retiring in January 2013.
