Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina punched at President Obama and Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton for underplaying the threat posed by Islamic radicals when compared to climate change.
“News flash!” she said. “Climate change is not our most pressing national security threat.” She said it’s the Islamic State “followed closely by Iran.”
Fiorina made the comments during Thursday night’s Fox News GOP debate with the undercard presidential contenders.
Outside the event on the streets of Des Moines, climate change activists funded by billionaire activist Tom Steyer paraded mobile billboards touting the need to address climate change.
