Actress Julianne Moore may not have been in her Sarah Palin get-up, but this week she showed that she still knew a little something about being a Mama Grizzly. The “Game Change” actress is the star of a new public service announcement pushing for the continued enforcement of the Clean Air Act. She joined forces with a nonpartisan grassroots groups called Moms Clean Air Force and used the animation from her children’s book series Freckleface Strawberry to make a point. “I know about bullying, Freckleface Strawberry feels bullied when she plays dodgeball,” Moore says. “It’s time for polluters to stop bullying us, it’s time for mom’s to roar.” She also implores other mothers to join her cause. “Sometimes being a good mom means being an active citizen,” she says.
