Yes, there are JFK buttons at CPAC

When Frank Enten explains why he’s selling John F. Kennedy buttons at CPAC he sounds like he should fit right in with attendees. “Being a capitalist I’m selling all of them,” Enten, more commonly known as “The Button Man,” told Yeas & Nays. “Sometimes they like to collect both sides, so I try to be bipartisan on this.”

While a few Kennedy buttons — both Bobby and Jack — were purchased, the most popular ones depicted Republican throw backs. “Everybody loves Goldwater stuff and Reagan is still selling great, like the Reagan inaugural invitations, the anniversary cards,” Enten explained. Of the current GOP presidential crop, Rep. Ron Paul’s supporters bought the most buttons, with the other candidates’ sales trailing. “I sold a couple Newts, a few Romneys. I didn’t have any Santorums. I didn’t think he was going to go anywhere, but I may have to reassess that,” he said.
