Will George Clooney be president one day?

The chances George Clooney becomes president of the United States may be small, but they are growing.

William Hill, the world’s biggest bookmaker headquartered in London, has halved the odds of the star actor becoming U.S. president in his lifetime, from 200/1 to 100/1.

The change comes following hints made by family members that he and new wife Amal Alamuddin, a London-based lawyer, activist and author, have political ambitions.

Clooney is now at 20/1 odds that he’ll join the 2016 presidential race, with a 500/1 chance he’ll win it. By comparison, Democrat Hillary Clinton is the favorite at 5/4 odds.

“George Clooney is not just one of the most recognizable faces in the USA, but in the world, and if he did decide to run for President he ticks a lot of boxes,” said William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams.

William Hill has taken other bets on celebrities to run for president, including actor Will Smith at 250/1, musician Lady Gaga at 500/1 and golfer Tiger Woods at 500/1.

Other 2016 presidential candidates odds include: Florida Sen. Marco Rubio (R) at 9/1, former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush (R) at 10/1, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) at 12/1, Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul (R) at 12/1, Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D) at 16/1, Vice President Joe Biden (D) at 18/1, Wisconsin Rep. Paul Ryan (R) at 18/1, and 2008 and 2012 presidential candidate Mitt Romney (R) at 20/1.
