More than 200 people attended President Obama‘s BBQ birthday bash in the Rose Garden on Thursday. Celebs including Chris Rock, Stevie Wonder, Grant Hill, Charles Barkley, Tom Hanks, Grant Hill and Whoppi Goldberg joined the POTUS and first lady Michelle Obama for a night of music, dancing and dining. Politicos were also there to ring in the occassion. Former Va. Gov. Tim Kaine, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi were just a handful of those in attendance. Obama Foodorama reported that dinner was grilled chicken, Chicago-style hot dogs and salad made up of greens from the White House garden. Dessert include pie and, of course, birthday cake. An aide said that the Obamas paid for the party themselves.
