Trump buzzes Hillary, gives kids helicopter rides at Iowa State Fair

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump circled his private helicopter round and round overhead, buzzing low over the Iowa State Fair grounds during Democrat candidate Hillary Clinton’s speech.

After Hillary’s 90 minute stop at the fair, she took off for Martha’s Vineyard, and Trump landed his helicopter, which has the word “Trump” emblazoned in white on the side. Trump’s newest helicopter features 24-karat gold seat belts and handles and is painted with his family crest, reports NBC News.

Trump, and several security guards, then got into a golf cart to better explore the Iowa State Fair.

While patrons complained when Hillary stopped at a tent at the fair for “pork chop on a stick,” Trump was quickly mobbed by people. As he walked through the crowds, he bragged, “My crowd is ten times Hillary’s.”

Several photos on Twitter confirm the huge crowds that came out to wait for a glimpse of The Donald. The crowds were reminiscent of when Sarah Palin could barely move through the crush of people that came out to see her in 2011, social media observers commented.

Trump skipped the traditional soap box speech. Instead, he declared some children that were standing near him “winners” and gave them rides in his private helicopter before he took off for a prior commitment Monday.

“Yeah, I’ll be doing jury duty,” he said. “Can you believe it?”
