It’s just not that much fun to party with the “Real Housewives of D.C.”
At the Park on Tuesday night, Yeas & Nays struggled to get through the door of an “exclusive” event because the polyester and sequin bombs that made their list had supposedly “filled the lounge.”
Once through the velvet rope, Half Yard Productions, which Bravo tapped to produce the reality show, bombarded attendees with those pesky non-disclosure forms. While the form lacks an STD clause, it does prohibit in strict legalese any “incidental, non-derogatory mention that I participated on a Program only after the telecast of the Program episode(s) on which I participated.”

But don’t worry — even if you couldn’t make it to Tuesday night’s event, you didn’t miss anything. On the lounge’s third floor, bright TV lights destroyed any hope of an intimate setting and an empty house filled with wannabe housewives drowned the presence of real housewives (including Mary Schmidt Amons and Michaele Salahi) who were slinking in the club’s stairwells.
The takeaway: If you have to sign on the dotted line, don’t expect to have a fabulous time.
