When we heard that HBO’s “Game Change” was getting a D.C. premiere we wondered if it would be filled with Washington political types or we’d actually be getting stars. Turns out, we’re getting stars. (And probably political types too). Julianne Moore, who stars as Sarah Palin, will be walking the red carpet along with actor Tom Hanks, who doesn’t appear in the film. Actress Sarah Paulson, who plays John McCain’s aide Nicolle Wallace, is also slated to attend. Among the behind-the-camera types coming are director Jay Roach, writer Danny Strong and producer Gary Goetzman. Also “Game Change” book authors and political journalists Mark Halperin of Time magazine and John Heilemann of New York Magazine. The invitation-only Washington premiere will take place Thursday, March 8 at the Newseum, with the movie debuting on HBO Saturday, March 10.
