Though she’s not expected to belt out any tunes, Whitney Houston will attend Saturday’s sold out Ball on the Mall.
Houston is accompanying her friend, Grammy Award winning jazz musician Ski Johnson to the event, which raises funds for the Trust for the National Mall, the official non-profit partner of the National Park Service for the National Mall.
The event, as one might expect, is a night of dinner and dancing, on the National Mall. Actor Ricky Schroder and “The Bachelor” Andy Baldwin also are slated to attend.
