Charlie Sheen worries Trump is winning

Actor Charlie Sheen quotes Abraham Lincoln’s take on Shakespeare in tweet attacking Donald Trump, an event that seems normal in the 2016 presidential race.

“hey [sic] Trump, ‘A farce or comedy is best played; a tragedy is best read at home,'” Sheen tweeted Saturday quoting a remark Lincoln is reported to have made after seeing a performance of Shakespeare’s “A Merchant of Venice.”

“America please WAKE UP!” the former “Two and a Half Men” star urged his 11.6 million followers.

The tiger blood enthusiast has brought up the billionaire candidate in the past.

In August of 2015, following an interview with the Daily Beast in which fellow actor Owen Wilson said that Trump’s ability to grab headlines makes him the Charlie Sheen of politics, Sheen replied that he would be Trump’s vice president “in a heartbeat.”

Sheen signed off the tweet with the hashtag #TrumpSheen16.

That was after Sheen tweeted in July, “Trump you’re a sad & silly homunculus your words as poignant as a sack of cat farts You’re a shame pile of idiocy.” That tweet was later deleted, reported CNN.
