“State of Play’s” Ben Affleck was seen hanging out at the Ritz-Carlton in Georgetown on Monday morning. The actor and founder of the East Congo Initiative will be on Capitol Hill Tuesday testifying before a committee about the humanitarian crisis in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
