Actress Rose McGowan was seen Wednesday night strolling down M Street in Georgetown, with what our spy described as a “bro.” (For those not familiar with the Bros Icing Bros phenomenon, a “bro” is a frat boy-like dude). A few hours before she was spotted, she tweeted about her visit with wounded servicemen and women at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
