Speakeasy: Springer sticks up for Palin

“I don’t want her to be president. … I don’t agree with her views. But I would never say anything mean about her. I think she is incredibly charismatic. I think she takes her religion very seriously and her views very seriously. I don’t think there’s anything mean-spirited about her.”

Talk show host Jerry Springer on former Ala. Governor Sarah Palin during a radio interview with WABC in New York. This is the second time Springer has stuck up for Palin in this way, the first was in an interview with PopEater last year.
