One of the greatest Redskins ever, “Secretary of Defense” Dexter Manley, got Washington football fans ready for Monday night’s showdown against the Dallas Cowboys with a special luncheon at Morton’s the Steakhouse earlier in the afternoon. A Yeas & Nays spy tells us almost everyone in the crowd was decked out in Redskins gear and that the dining room looked like a pep rally. Manley, a two-time Super Bowl champ and Washington Redskins Ring of Famer, made his way around the packed room (on crutches) to sign autographs and smile for pictures with supporters.
