Golfer Tiger Woods was supposed to make a surprise trip to the Washington Tuesday, but canceled the appearance after being delayed in Europe for the Ryder Cup.
Woods, who received his worst beating ever at last weekend’s tournament, was supposed to come to Washington for an event celebrating the two nearly completed Tiger Woods Learning Centers in the District.
He’s expected to reschedule for later this week.
