Calif., was spotted Thursday celebrating her daughter Nicole’s birthday at Masa 14, a newly opened spot in Logan Circle that features Latin-Asian fare.
Mom and daughter Boxer, and about 25 others, spent several hours at the restaurant, sampling the cocktails and Masa 14’s signature flatbreads.
