Sen. Ted Cruz, the firebrand Texas Republican who put out a midterms video yesterday that could be viewed as a 2016 preview, declined Tuesday evening to publicly support Sen. Mitch McConnell for Senate majority leader.
“That’ll be a decision for the conference, and that’ll be decided next week,” Cruz twice told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer, according to Mediaite.
