Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., took to the floor Thursday, to speak out against lawmakers sleeping in their offices, a common practice that’s recently drawn complaints from groups in D.C. One has issued a complaint with the department of ethics to get lawmakers to either stop the practice, or pay taxes on their office space when they use it for non-official business, like catching some much-needed ZZZs.
