No. 1: Where Washington, D.C., placed on Men’s Health’s “Where the Babes Are” list in the magazine’s March issue. The list looks at where the most datable females live around the country and notes that D.C. contains a “monumental number of eligible women”— pun intended.
So how did the folks at Men’s Health come to this conclusion? They looked at the following factors: the ratio of single women to single men, the percentage of college-educated women, the percentage of gainfully employed single women, and the number who work out, tabulated that together and discovered that the District contained the biggest chunk of datable citizens. “These are the city’s real movers and shakers,” the article boasts. Oh, please.
