Eva Longoria and her NBA star husband Tony Parker were in town for the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute’s 33rd annual awards gala at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center on Wednesday. The actress and NBA star were spotted at the Dupont Hotel, and a source tells us the couple’s room was on the ninth floor.
Also spotted: New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg was dining at a very busy Bibiana on Wednesday night. A Yeas & Nays spy tells us he was joined by New York Times columnist Maureen Dowd and another woman. He stopped to take pictures with several guests and even ran into some friends who also were dining at the restaurant.
