Chef Art Smith recently celebrated his 50th and losing 100 lbs., but now he has something else to celebrate only in DC.
The chef will wed his partner of 10 years, Jesus Salguerio, at The Liaison Affinia Hotel, where his restaurant, Art and Soul, is located.
“I’ve had an amazing career and life because Jesus taught me to dream and believe. We are a dynamic, creative duo that love to bring beauty to people’s lives, as well as our own,” Smith said in a statement to PEOPLE.
Chef Art already has a famous following. He is currently a contestant on Top Chef Masters and is the personal chef to Oprah Winfrey. He calls Michelle Obama and Lady Gaga fans, but no word yet if they will be attending his wedding.
