Donald Trump is always wearing a bulletproof vest, according to former Trump adviser Roger Stone.
The information became public during an indirect tweet exchange Thursday between Stone and conservative commentator Larry Elder.
Elder asked why he’s never seen Trump button his suit jacket, to which Stone replied, “Bullet proof vest makes it uncomfortable.”
Stone is a former Nixon aide (with the old boss’ likeness allegedly tattooed on his back) and self-described “Republican hitman,” who has books out alleging Lyndon Johnson killed John F. Kennedy, and calling Republican candidate Jeb Bush part of the “Bush crime family.”

Stone advised Trump before leaving the campaign in August, but has generally still been supportive of the Republican front-runner since.
The Examiner reached out to the Trump campaign, which neither confirmed nor denied the report, noting that both they and the Secret Service do not comment on security matters.
