Battle brewing between Fox News’ Sean Hannity and Megyn Kelly?

Two of Fox News’s star anchors let their tension over politics spill out into public.

On her prime-time show Wednesday night, Megyn Kelly said that Republican Donald Trump is only doing interviews lately with media figures sympathetic to his campaign, including her colleague Sean Hannity, a conservative.

She said, Trump “will go on Hannity and pretty much only Hannity and will not venture out to the unsafe spaces these days.”

Hannity’s show comes on in the hour time slot after Kelly’s.

Having heard the commentary, Hannity took it as a slight and struck back on Twitter.

“[You] should be mad @HillaryClinton Clearly you support her,” Hannity said. “And Donald Trump did talk to [you].”

Hannity has publicly said he plans to support Trump and he has used his program to offer Trump hours worth of airtime, hosting several “town hall” style interviews with the candidate.

Kelly and Trump engaged in a months-long feud throughout the campaign.
