At least one person’s health might improve if business mogul Herman Cain is elected president of the United States — campaign advisor Mark Block, the guy who set the blogosphere on fire by puffing on a cigarette in Herman Cain‘s latest web ad — told the Daily Caller that he’ll quit smoking if Cain is elected. “Mr. Cain and I have a bet,” he said. “And that is, when he puts his hand on the Bible, sworn in as the 45th president, is the last day that I have a smoke.”
