The air may have felt thick in the moments before President Obama took the stage for his speech to the joint session of Congress Thursday night, but there was at least one lighthearted conversation between lawmakers at the event — where Vice President Biden and House Speaker John Boehner had what looked like a cordial (almost jovial) exchange about the Speaker’s golf game. Maybe they should work another golf summit into their schedules.
