Before GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain‘s appearance at the National Press Club Monday, his chief of staff Mark Block was seen outside smoking. (Block, of course, is the gentleman who stars and smokes in Cain’s viral campaign video). “You know what [the] funniest thing is since this started? Yesterday somebody asked me to autograph their cigarette,” Block told local photog Patrick Ryan, who documented the sighting on his SnarkInfested blog.
