Former Massachusetts governor and 2012 GOP presidential candidate, Mitt Romney, will speak extensively Thursday on the state of the 2016 presidential contest, and is expected to continue to argue against the nomination of Donald Trump.
According to a press release, Romney will speak before the Hinckley Institute of Politics Forum at the University of Utah, which will take place a week after he started speaking out publicly to push Donald Trump to release his tax returns.
Romney’s speech will also comes two days after Super Tuesday, where Donald Trump continued his dominance over the GOP field by winning eight states and boosting his lead in the delegate count. Romney will speak just hours before the Thursday’s GOP debate in Detroit.
