Donald Trump responded Wednesday night with a strong warning for Hillary Clinton after she said the GOP front-runner has a “penchant for sexism.”
“Hillary, when you complain about “a penchant for sexism,” who are you referring to. I have great respect for women. BE CAREFUL!” the self-funded billionaire wrote on Twitter.

A few hours later, Trump tweeted again, saying for how much Clinton deplores Trump’s “tone and inflammatory rhetoric,” he deplores “the death and destruction she caused-stupidity” when the U.S. government intervened in Libya when she was secretary of state.
The heated exchange started after an interview that appeared in the Des Moines Register Wednesday, the Democratic front-runner said she was not surprised by Trump’s Monday comment that she was “schlonged” by President Obama during the 2008 campaign.
“Nothing really surprises me anymore. I don’t know that he has any boundaries at all,” Clinton said. “I don’t respond to him personally, because he thrives on that kind of exchange. I think he has to answer for what he says, and I assume that others will make the larger point about his language. It’s not the first time he’s demonstrated a penchant for sexism.”

Trump was criticized for his choice of words and defended himself, saying it was not meant to be vulgar.
