For Rep. Barney Frank, life after Congress will include wedding bells. New England Cable News reported Thursday that Frank and his longtime partner Jim Ready will tie the knot in Massachusetts, where gay marriage is legal. The wedding date hasn’t been set, but Frank intends to conclude his Congressional career at the end of this term, in early 2013.
