They may have chided each other on air, but local photog Jeff Malet captured a much more chill Paul Krugman and Grover Norquist chatting amicably before appearing on ABC’s “This Week” with Christiane Amanpour on Sunday. During the show, the New York Times columnist and the Americans for Tax Reform head talked over one another, as they discussed how to interpret the 2010 midterm elections.
