The fighting days between Hillary Clinton and President Obama are over, or at least Clinton made sure to reinforce that image in an interview with CBS’ “60 Minutes.”
“We have a great relationship,” Clinton said.
Some speculated Clinton could never fully join Team Obama because she initially didn’t accept the secretary of state gig with open arms.
“When he raised it, I said, ‘Well, there are so many other people you should consider. I really don’t think I wanna do that. I’m not interested in doing it,” Clinton said in the interview.
The secretary of state made it clear that she came around and is content working for her one-time rival.
