Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan was spotted dining at Poste Moderne Brasserie in Washington’s Penn Quarter on Tuesday night. Our spy reports that Kagan was sitting outside for hours with a female friend. They were seen laughing and enjoying a casual meal.
Kagan also was spotted dining two weeks ago at the West End restaurant Ris with a male friend.
