Harry Reid falls in the rain

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid took a spill on the rainy streets of Washington Wednesday morning during one of his frequent morning runs.

The Nevada Democrat was leaning against a wet, parked car when his hand slipped and he fell to the ground, dislocating his shoulder and bumping his forehead from the fall, according to the Hill newspaper.

He was treated at the George Washington University Hospital, cracking jokes on the way there, and by mid-day, was back on Capitol Hill holding meetings, with a bruise above his left eye. An aide told the Hill that Reid was feeling fine.
