Actors, business leaders and athletes are teaming up, urging President Obama to support marriage rights for same-sex couples.
The AP reported that the New York based advocacy group Freedom to Marry “Say I Do” campaign boasts supporters such asAnne Hathaway, Jack Dorsey, Martin Sheen, Jane Lynch and Mya. Mya recently joined NFL linebacker Scott Fujita and other in signing an open letter, calling for the president’s support. The letter is set to be delivered to the White House in the spring.
